When I came on to American Capital, the marketing for the company was not centralized; every department seemed to do what they wanted. I developed a cohesive branding and marketing strategy for the company and ensured all departments complied. As a part of the new initiative, I ran marketing compliance sessions with departments across the company. I led training sessions and developed a comprehensive reference to ensure all teams would adhere to the updated guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity on behalf of American Capital.
