Challenge

The company's Investor Relations needs to track all activity with stakeholders, investors, peers and breakdown the interactions with analysts and stakeholders, and activity of peers to assist in the prediction of trends in market sentiment and ensure of proper engagement coverage.

Solution

Developed a custom CRM database to breakdown every piece of content into essential parts to track hot spots among external stakeholders. CRM syncs the annualized calendar, deliverables and internal activity to initiate an open communication channel with internal stakeholders.
